Communities deserve to hear their candidates debate policy and local impacts. It was clear in 2022, and even more obvious now, PCs put party over people.

This is all too common - muni officials know what will happen at LPAT, but deny applications anyway, costing tax payer money, delaying projects, all while knowing the eventual outcome.

Happening throughout Ontario...again. PCs put party over people. If they can't show up at a community venue for a debate, why would we think they'll show up for us at Queens park?

Calling an early unnecessary election mid-winter isn't healthy for democracy, and I think that's kind of the point. It's party over people for the PCs, democracy doesn't matter

I ran as a candidate in the '22 provincial election, had central told me not to engage with my community (and they never would have), I'd have told them to find another candidate. Doug isn't your boss, your constituents are.

These aren't great takes. NDP wins an extra 4 seats compared to their popular vote share, PCs win an extra 27 (not to mention min to maj). And of course Libs mad at NDP. Remind us who could've changed the system?

It's cringy this is the example that keeps being used...the NDP got 3 extra seats compared to their popular vote share. The PCs an extra 27 and a majority without a majority of votes - maybe focus on that?
