This week, we thanked our governors for all their hard work in supporting Brocklewood. We gave them hand-made cards from the children and had an afternoon tea during the governors meeting. #GovernorsAwarenessDay

Year 1 and 2 hosted a fantasdtsic Phonics Parent Share! The parent was given some basic understanding of how Phonics is taught at Brocklewood by our Reading Lead and then parents all had the opportunity to see a 'live' lesson being taught in class.

We have been working hard during community action week to make our school more bee friendly. We have been planting lots of flowers and plants. The Badgers class have been making sensory planters with lavender seed bombs using recycled materials.
