#WorldRestartaHeart Day is the ideal time to hear from Janice, our Divisional Manager in Haverfordwest, who suffered a cardiac arrest around 10 years ago. As her husband knew how to perform CPR, Janice lived to tell the tale and is still one of our valued #PoblStJohnPeople today!
