A massive round of applause for our U13s who tonight won the Cardiff Rugby Defender Cup. A mention has to go to the young men of Llantwit Fardre RFC who pushed our boys close only losing by 1 point in a game which finished 15-14. Both teams did your respective clubs very proud tonight.

Womens Championship fixture Sunday is off due to opposition, Pencoed RFC, being unable to raise a team Unlike all levels of the Mens game, WRU Community - Wrth galon y genedl have not allowed fixtures to be forfeited in the women's game, so we have 7 games to rearrange by 28th May All Wales Sport

DofE update… Made it safely to camp✅ Tents pitched✅ Evening meal cooked✅ Up for 7am in the morning, leaving camp ~9:30am, next update late morning.
