Thank you to Kellie Youmans, the Multi Discipline Team Coordinator and Klingberg Family Centers Supervisor Erica Mello who stopped by Bristol CT Police to place pinwheels along the front of the BPD for Child Abuse Prevention month.


The Bristol CT Police sends its condolences to the Billerica Police MA and the family of SGT. Ian Taylor who was tragically killed at an active construction sight he was directing this past Friday April 26th, 2024.



Bristol CT Police Officer Fisher recently met with some Girl Scouts to discuss finger prints and how each person's are different. Good times was had by all.


Members of the Bristol CT Police along with Laura DeMonte joined together today Hartford Police CT to begin their over 300 mile bike journey for the Police Unity Tour.

This Memorial Day Weekend Bristol CT Police Interim Chief Mark Morello got to meet Joseph Caminiti, an Iwo Jima veteran who served our nation in the US Marine Corps. Joseph will be turning 100 this October. Thank you for your service Joseph!

Members of the Bristol CT Police paid their respects today to BPD Officer James Williams Burns at St. Joseph's Cemetery. On May 29th, 1941, Officer Burns was killed while responding to a Domestic Disturbance. He was 47 years old and had served our city for 20 years.
