Our deepest sympathy and solidarity is with the Indian man who was beaten by a gang of racist thugs in Tallaght. This has to be stopped now.

In Rwanda, those carrying out the genocide spoke in code - they said the time was to 'cut down the tall trees' - no more code in modern times, just say it out loud while the international community sits on its hands and powerful global forces enable it.

This is genuinely brilliant coverage of Israel's destruction of Gaza by ITV. It's the sort of coverage which we should have expected throughout by the Western media - if they had accurately reported on one of the great crimes of our age.

When people blame migrants for all of societies ills, steer them to these facts - we have a housing crisis, not a 'migration crisis' - while govt throws its hands in the air and asserts they're doing all they can. Meanwhile, attacks on migrants increase and division is sown.

Emboldened racists think they wont receive any sanction - this must be addressed by the Gardaí, politicians (especially those leaning into 'firm' narratives on migration) and communities. Very clear from Teresa Immigrant Council.ie rte.ie/radio/podcasts…
