MyPillowGuy's empire is crumbling - closing a facility; auctioning equipment; stiffing landlords, a freight carrier, numerous lawyers and facing massive litigation, but that appears to be no obstacle to some kind of SPAC or reverse merger and now he has a "public" (OTC) co.

Sounds like a world of hurt. Defending/settling cases that to date include 9 deaths and about 60 hospitalizations and recalling 7 million lbs of meat (no idea how much already consumed), and now a closure and severance costs.
