Heard from a few companies retrofitting classic cars with electric powertrain in the last few weeks and now they’re doing it on #TopGear - new trend perhaps...I would love an old Jag / MG / Triumph / TVR if we could make it EV 🤔

Was time to see what all the fuss is about with #micromobility getting across town to meetings with @tierscooters - great app / registration; probably poses more safety and segregation questions longer term but a good #Mobility addition nonetheless.

Public #EV charging is becoming A LOT better than it was a few years ago. Instant sign up / pay as you go usage. If only my car had a decent on board charger I’d have fully charged in an hour. Thanks @Pod_Point #Reading

As Colin Mckerracher alludes to this will probably mean less incentive for OEMs to sell EVs in the U.K. despite huge BIK benefits to stimulate the demand, supply might not follow...same problem we have at the moment with significant wait lists and minimal discounts for #EVs vs ICE

Who killed the electric car is well worth a watch, documents what Tim Papandreou highlights here. The SUV point is arguably as much or more frustrating than the delayed progress on EVs (over sized, waste of resources, tougher to electrify)
