I just wrapped up a busy few days in Miami where I had the chance to attend a few awesome franchising events, starting with the Wefranch Pitch Presentation. It’s always a privilege to share how Neighborly brands help people turn their dreams of business ownership into reality!

Made a pit stop last week at the IFA World Franchise Show! The Neighborly crew had a great time meeting franchise candidates from across the US. I also joined the panel “Franchising 101” to share advice for 1st time business owners. Thanks to @IFA for putting on a great event!

Great candidates joined us for a Glass Doctor Meet The Team Day in San Antonio! They networked with other Neighborly owners and felt the culture of the brand. We ended the day with a dinner and weapons demonstration at the Alamo. Perfect way to wrap up a busy month of travel!

Happy #FathersDay! As a dad to 2 amazing daughters, I’m reminded daily of my “why.” Through my work at Neighborly and as a franchise owner myself, I’ve seen how franchising can change lives. I help others create opportunities for their families, and I’m doing the same for mine!

Today, we celebrate #Juneteenth, when the last enslaved people in the U.S. were informed of their freedom in 1865. Juneteenth is not just a reflection on our history, but a call to keep building a more and equitable future. Today, we reflect, and tomorrow, we get back to work!

This year’s Neighborly Incentive Trip took us to Costa Rica, and what a way to celebrate our top performers! This trip is always a highlight of the year. Huge thanks to Bradley Stevenson for setting the tone at the top and to Emily Gist for planning another awesome experience.

Wrapped up the FranChoice Conference! I got to connect with our consultant partners and talk all things franchising and why Neighborly is a strong choice for aspiring entrepreneurs. Shoutout to the FranChoice team for putting on a great event and on your 25th anniversary!

What a “Fran-tastic” few days at the FranServe Conference at Disney World! Enjoyed #networking and performing skits for the consultants! We ended our week with a BANG at Epcot for the fireworks show. Thanks to the FranServe team for a great event!

Just wrapped our 6th Neighborly U of the year with FranServe! We kicked things off with a welcome dinner where we heard from franchise owners about their journeys, and I had the opportunity to present to the the group. Then, we closed it out with a trip to the Rangers game!

What an honor to advocate for franchising at the IFA Advocacy Summit! Franchising is built on local businesses, and protecting that model is critical. I’m proud to represent Neighborly and stand alongside the franchise community members who shared their voices.
