A lot of people who spend time writing and discussing politics in this new age are on X, TikTok, and Instagram. But Facebook is where the most reliable voters (60+ Americans) live, and it is an absolutely cesspool of nonsense. Really scary.

This isn’t on Republicans or Democrats. It’s on all of Congress & the Executive. When DC shuts down, politicians keep their pay. It’s park rangers, TSA agents, veterans & families who suffer. This is broken politics. It’s time to move Forward Party

My daughter loves bball. My love for the WNBA came through that connection and watching this generation of talent that is elevating the league right now. My outside viewpoint - leadership is dropping the ball.

What used to be civic forums for persuasion & vision have devolved into rehearsed talking points, strategic interruptions, & partisan posturing. They’re not debates, they’re performances for the faithful. We’re missing what matters most: how we actually move forward together.

At VML conference in Roanoke. They offered a pre-dawn bus ride to the Star. I opted to run. 6.1 miles round trip. Running up the mtn in the dark & flying down the mtn as the sun woke everything up was the magic I needed this morning. Mountains make my heart happy. ❤️
