X friends, I've been doing a lot better the last 11 days. My doctor put me on a new pill for my bipolar depression and it's been working great. I'm even considering opening my own business for the new year. It would be an Etsy store ๐Ÿ˜ƒ But yeah huge tour around for me praise God!

The scariest thing in life is death and not knowing Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Earth is temporary, eternity is forever. Repent while there's still time left. Today is the day of salvation!

It's amazing what a few medication changes can do for someone. I'm doing a lot better than 2 months ago. I'm sleeping normally now instead of 20 hours a day (sometimes). And I don't fall asleep as soon as I wake up. It's an awesome feeling! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Science is awesome, btw. Only fertilization from the moment the sperm and egg cell meet are humans. Humans reproduce humans. This isn't hard or complicated, yet here we are.

They're predicting between 7 and 16 inches of snow for southwest Ohio this weekend. Now I'm used to snowstorms being from the northeast but still that would be epic for SW Ohio if it's on the higher side. Let's see how this plays out! โ„๏ธโ„๏ธ

X friends, I had a routine blood test this week and something came up. It's serious enough to warrant another blood test just to be sure and to test more things. Please pray it's nothing serious, I'm way too young (36) to be having major health problems. Thank you ๐Ÿ™

Good news: Just some of my levels were elevated, but nothing serious, praise God. Still waiting on a GI doctor referral to go through (that's the next step). Not out of the woods yet, but making progress ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Well it looks like my blood glucose levels are both high (281) and low (40). I can't seem to win. But at least I know now what to do when my blood sugar gets low (eat foods with sugar lol ๐Ÿ˜†). I fully recommend getting a blood glucose tester, knowledge is power. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Well it looks like I'm a full diabetic now (Type 2). I have a blood glucose meter and submit a few tests each day. I'll probably be getting an A1C sensor sometime in the near future. I thought I'd have to radically change my diet but it turns out I just have to eat smarter. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ’‰

I've lost 10 pounds since starting to eat healthier. Blood glucose ratings were normal today for the first time since starting. Gotta stay focused and stick with the plan and not get into bad habits again ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
