Executives are leaving organizations in record numbers. Rushing to please investors and reacting to problems constantly, they miss the fundamentals that allow work to be motivating, inspiring, enjoyable and rewarding. It doesn’t have to be that way. rb.gy/ls9n44

“We all need people who will give us feedback.  That’s how we improve.” - Bill Gates Most executive leaders receive very little honest unfiltered feedback putting them at a huge disadvantage. But it doesn't have to be this way. Let’s connect and discuss.

Is your busy schedule, life and mind leading you to create issues you don’t even realize?  Over my years in coaching executive leaders I’ve come to realize one consistent reality… The busier the individual, the more likely they lack self-awareness. #ExecutiveCoaching

Every time an executive takes on a bigger role, their executive presence and communication habits must be evaluated. They say time is more valuable than money. I agree. This is especially true with the time of board members, the CEO/President, and the other executives.

“Appropriate” confidence is one of the most critical factors to success at the executive level. I see it in virtually every executive I coach. They either need to build up their confidence or dial it back.   - Don’t ignore it.  - Talk about it.  - Seek to understand it.

Newer executives don’t know what they don’t know. I had a client tell me how unproductive their recent executive planning session was when two new team members wasted so much precious time.  Don't let these issues fester. Take action to address them now. #ExecutiveCoaching

When executives are given additional responsibility, they must change. Those who succeed the fastest find ways to understand better which aspects of their approach to embrace, which to abandon and where to prioritize development efforts to make sure they succeed.
