Yield curve finally starting to flatten? July '23 on top. Today on bottom. Spread of 2yr to 10yr down from 1.08% to .34bps! Maybe the end is in sight.

Perspective: though some ind'l CRE data at first glance may appear negative (vacancy rate ↑, leasing rate ↓ , etc), when you dig deeper you realize we are coming down from the "bubble" level created by the pandemic shutdown. Markets revert to mean. My Q3 Report out soon.
