There’s an odd thing happening in the supply chain where companies are choosing to increase lead times as opposed to raising prices. Thankfully we’ve stocked up, but feels like many companies would embrace price increases over wait times. Why is it like this?

If you could consistently reduce new construction costs by 20% at scale, would that solve the housing crisis? I’m thinking that’s the ballpark needed to make the difference. Surprisingly small.

3 months ago we had a customer say our product was business critical. This week he vibe coded a replacement. We had thousands of configuration knobs, he only needed one. We’re lucky because we’re building a V2 that can’t be vibe coded. Gonna be brutal for other SaaS that isn’t.
