Yet another horrible day for the history books. Our society and the future of our country is crumbling my the second and Republicans don’t seem to fucking care.

Spent years in therapy developing skills to cope w/ my anxiety w/o needing meds, then over a year weening off head meds, just to have one thing happen that throws me into a spiral of anxiety and depression and start all over again. I’m okay, but I really hate my brain.

At least a half dozen times in the past 48 hours people (friends/neighbors) have told me how great and how thin I look. What they don’t realize is that because of stress, I’ve lost about 8.5lb in the last week alone.

My sweet perfect old man got to spend some time last night with the people he loves. Knowing he is surrounded by so much love in his final days means so much. I’m going to miss his sweet face so much. 💔
