Bubba the loggerhead sea turtle got a check-up today! He had wound debridement, a procedure that removes old, dead tissue to promote further healing. Bubba has been healing well, and we hope to release him as soon as his anemia is under control. We hope to share an update soon!

Alligators bellow to attract a mate or establish their territory. The low frequencies during a rocket launch can sound similar to the sounds these reptiles make to “talk” to each other! We recently saw our resident gators Toothless and Martha bellowing minutes after a launch.
