Great drill from Dustin Johnson Golf School to improve pelvic control and offer feedback for early extension. Some golfers need to work on their body to make technical changes while others need to work on their patterns. This is a good example of how you can do the latter.

Position Specific Mobility & Strength🏌️‍♂️ Focus of this exercise is mobility of the lead lat & shoulder in the backswing. Will be some strength benefits in this position too. Weight selected should be slightly too heavy to start back down, so trail arm assists a tiny bit.
