My home state sued China for allegedly ~raising the price of PPE during the COVID pandemic. They refused to attend the hearing. Perhaps the best way to implement the default judgment against them is to subtract the amount of the judgment from the US debt. Is that sensible?

Oracle buying Cerner raised profits for investors but cut many U.S. jobs, including those in research and quality improvement. Perhaps this is a factor in why many institutions have switched to EPIC.
