Publicis talks about their next move to AI in 2024, and it's an interesting move. I'm positive AI can support service work pillars, like automation, media placement, research etc. Hoping to see this grow this year to more reliable tools. campaignme.com/publicis-group…

I do think though, that all ad agencies, and brands, should establish a code of ethics regarding their use of AI as an establishment, and for their clients. Specifically considering the data pool in use, and how it is developed or collected.
