CV 16, Unionville 6 in Game 1. Kind of an odd start, with not a lot of big swings. Eagles just finding spots all over the block and the floor.

Game 1: CV 25, Unionville 7. No suspense whatsoever in that one, as Eagles roll out to a lead and just keep going. Bryson Walsh had 3 straight aces late to help close it out.

Timeout with CV up 16-12 in Game 2. Unionville has been more in system and Longhorns have made things more competitive this game. A 4-0 run has swung things in CV's favor.

Game 2: CV 25, Unionville 22. Longhorns come close to pulling off a huge game-to-game turnaround, but Eagles outlast them in end. Derek Paul had 3 kills as part of the game-deciding run. Eagles lead 2-0.

Hot start by Mifflin, as Mustangs jump out to a 12-7 lead. They are on a 4-0 run, while CV has committed errors on its last three swings.

Game 1: Mifflin 25, CV 20. Mustangs controlled tempo almost the whole way, with setter Angel Bermudez putting together a really nice game. This is just the Eagles' 2nd set loss of the year.

Timeout Mifflin with CV leading 18-10. Eagles are rolling right now and feeding middle Avery Reynolds, who has 6 kills and a block in this game.
