Had an awesome meet last Wednesday at the tvc10 Championship. I placed second in the 100m with an 11.12 setting a all time personal record, and placed first in the 4x100 with a time of 44.07 breaking both our school record and Conference record!

State Bound!!!! I took first in prelims and finals for the 100m running a 11.32 to qualify for states. We also places first for the 4x100 relay qualifying us for states with a time of 44.42.

Bittersweet moment this week. It’s been an incredible 2 years at Alma College. I’ve coached with some of the most amazing people and their families! I’ve enjoyed every minute of being in Michigan and have grown a lot! Gonna miss being in Alma. Forever and always, Go Scots!
