It is with great sadness we announce our school namesake, Mr. Henry Braun, has passed away at the age of 91. Mr. Braun will be remembered for his presence at many school events and for his thoughtful messages that always included being kind to one another.

We advise you of the passing of Henry Braun. Henry Braun School opened in 1987 & was named in his honour and in recognition of his many years of exemplary service to Regina Public Schools' students, staff & parents. Heartfelt condolences to Mr. Braun's family and those who knew him.

To recognize education week we are encouraging all of our staff and students to dress as their future self on Tuesday and on Thursday morning starting at 8:00 am we will be hosting books and bagels in the gym. In addition, on Thursday we will be having a Braun spirit wear day!

We are proud to recognize our students and staff members who received the respect awards for the month of October. Congratulations on exemplifying respect!

Thank you to our students for alerting us to a Northern Ficker in distress and a huge shoutout to Brittany at Wildlife Rescue for saving him! He’s expected to make a full recovery!
