At the Memphis airport watching the news about troops being deployed to the Middle East. I turned to see 6 people in army fatigues watching behind me. They must be 19-20 and I assume they are heading to the ME. Hits differently when you look in their faces. #GodBlessOurTroops

I’ve really missed greeting the kids in carpool and saying bye at the busses for dismissal this week Fuquay-Varina Middle School no hugs or high fives 😩 so I’ll tell you what I normally tell them: 1) It feels like it’s gonna be a great day 2) It’s ok to smile 3) Stay happy..Stay positive
