Unrelated — October is coming. 🤭

You – don’t have to be able to see everyone’s light. That doesn’t mean it’s not there. And that doesn’t give you the right to go around saying to others, “Don’t waste your time. There’s nothing to see there.” Rather – you should focus on how you shine, or don’t.

Everyone will not see your light. Shine on anyway.

To the ones who feel misunderstood – shine on anyway.

To the ones who feel unseen – shine on anyway. Your light matters.

Don’t let anyone take your light away.

We really do need all the light. All the kinds. All the people’s. All the time.

A gentle farewell to summer, and a loving welcome to fall. All on a Sunday. My favorite day meets my favorite season of all.

And on this Sunday we soften into a new week and a new season. We lean fully into the new mercies that abound.

Sundays are for tending to the things that are neglected on most other days.

The first day of Fall being on a Sunday is just the kind of God Wink I needed to know that this season is going to be full of supernatural alignment.

On Sunday we find a sweet spot and sit there all day.

The first Sunday of a new season feels like the perfect time to surrender it all. Again.

In this new season, may I find the kind of rest that comes along with blessed reassurance, faith, trust and confidence.

May this new season shower blessings all over me.

Fall feels like a warm embrace that holds you close when you finally make it back home. Feels like it’s saying: Come in. Take your shoes off. You want some warm tea?
