I have a very controversial opinion that iconoclasm can in theory be justified. And I say this as an artist. Reasoning too long to put in a tweet right now

One of my favourite projects of recent years is One Nimman in Chiang Mai, by Ong-ard Architects. It's so crafted and human, every inch carefully considered. It is anti-lazy architecture, the opposite of the sterile "bigness" approach evidenced by most projects today.

We don’t need to respect or think about any of this stuff at all. AI art is completely forgettable and so I just forget about it. I’m not worried or angry or disgusted, I just pass it by and in a few weeks time it’s like it never existed.

The tragedy of Thom Yorke is that he is a Blakean genius who bought the boomer truth lie that music is political - despite being completely unprepared for the consequences. HTTT demonstrates this; he claims it is political but it is the nursery rhyme which supersedes
