Russia recently built shelters for aircraft at Marinovka air base, satellite imagery shows.

This base is hundreds of kilometers from the front line but still within range of Ukraine's one-way attack drones.

Seems quite clear that Russia has refocused its long-range missile and UAV strike campaign to target civilian energy infrastructure this week.
