Great experience at my powerlifting meet this year! 310 squat, 160 Bench, 375 Deadlift, and I went 8/9 on my lifts! Feeling thankful for the 3 day weekend cause my body needs it! Ashland Athletics we got student and teacher athletes at AHS!
