More updates! Just kidding, again. We just crossed the 2 hour mark of being on hold, and no DM reply for 45 minutes now. I'm sure they're working hard to help lots of people, but I mean dang, y'all. (and by "y'all," I mean the approximately 8 people who are following this)

And just like that, I get a call! A great @americanair baggage services employee in Santa Barbara *looked at my bag tag* and called me. He figured out what happened on his own, and took the time to reach out. It will shortly be on its way back (and the same for the bag at TYS)!

One last thing for you to know @americanair: Samuel in Santa Barbara and (memory’s foggy but I think this is right) Madeline in Knoxville are both outstanding employees. Went above and beyond. Please pay them more. Thanks!
