This investigation took months of effort, with support from a handful of editors and reporters. But the true MVP was Mama Mendelson (JR Mendelson) for taking the time to buy the print edition of Toronto Star and share some photos 📰 Your mom is the best, Allegra Mendelson!

2023 was a whirl wind that ended with Southeast Asia Globe's closure. From start to finish, I was backed by the best team of editors a young journalist could ask for: Andrew Haffner, Daniel Marchette, Brian P. D. Hannon and AmandaOon. This The Society of Publishers in Asia honor reflects their steadfast faith in me.
