The nightmares kept Peeta awake, his hands shaking. It was no use trying to sleep anymore, instead turning to his new kitchen in the victors village, the firm dough in the counter steadying his hand.

Peeta sighed, dressed up for another event, to be paraded around as some pretty boy. He dropped the silk like fabric his outfit was made of and turned to the mirror, examining his reflection. “Do I even look good in this?”

Peeta sighed, adjusting the white suit jacket he was made to wear for the event. He turned toward the painter and smiled softly. “Feeling as good as I look!” He said, more so trying to convince himself.
