Off to stripe sessions next week in San Fransisco πŸš€

Showcasing EventBridge integrations with Stripe and talking event-driven architectures.

Looks like a great event, looking forward to it!

First time in San Fran too, any recommendations?

Quick demo of how EventCatalog v2 is looking πŸ‘€

This will let you:
⭐️ Document events, commands, channels
⭐️ Document services and domains
⭐️ Add schemas and examples to everything
⭐️ Version everything
⭐️ Add owners and teams to anything
⭐️ And more!

All powered by markdown

So many ideas for EventCatalog... with new integrations I believe it has the possibility to be an great enabler for event driven architectures πŸš€

Evening hacking for EventCatalog (v2), adding new navigation bar, making it feel like docs.

Any headings (# or ##) in your markdown files will be added to the nav bar for you too πŸš€

Looking good so far! πŸ‘‡

Playing with some EventCatalog designs, quite like this.

Minimal, easily find schemas, versions, producer/consumers, events and more....

What you think?

Yeah hopefully not too much change to APIs, but there will be breaking changes adding some required fields to metadata etc. I will try and make upgrade path minimal as possible

Small progress on EventCatalog v2 πŸš€

Services, commands, events and domains can be versioned 🀩

Services will show you what messages (commands, and events) it subscribes too or it publishes.

Also tempted to add channel support πŸ€”

EventCatalog has grown over the past couple of years, and it's great to see more and more folks using it to help govern their event-driven architectures πŸ™β™₯️

Whats next?

So much more we can do and here are some initial thoughts πŸ‘‡

πŸͺ Excited to announce XState Store!

β†’ Extremely simple API
β†’ Extremely small (< 1kb min/gzip)
β†’ XState-compatible (if you need the power)
β†’ Extra strong typing (inferred!)

npm i @xstate/store
