2 good sessions this week a first outing for the Endorphin pro’s on Monday and a 10 mile 7:30 pace on the treadmill just. No more until marathon 99 on Saturday. Unfortunately just found out I missed GFA Entry and Ballot for New York this year. 😫

Marathon 131 and what a blast that was Having only managed on average 1 run a week since Christmas due to PF and woke up yesterday with a sore throat and cold so didn’t bode well so to have ran 3:27:22 was a massive bonus . Hobbling around now though 🤦‍♂️🏃‍♂️#tokyomarathon
