gave a 2 hour teaching yesterday on Reframing. one topic that came up was platform perception (The Frame that buyers use when they look at your product) 2 common Frames salespeople encounter: “this platform feels like overkill for what we need” “this has a lot of features”

high volume sales = next steps or no.. filtering is critical. complex deals / limited TAM = next steps or no for now. planting seeds and nurturing relationships is critical.
