We have a red flag warning in effect tomorrow. Fires can start from the smallest ignition source, so make sure that you are using spark arresting equipment, not having open burns, and avoiding other fire starting behavior. Wildfire season is anytime it’s hot, dry, and windy.

Today, the Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of dry thunderstorms, strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.

Fire is completely out. Crews remain on scene. Marine between 9th and 11th remains closed. Thank you for avoiding the area.
