A quick post about our recent paper. We used biophysics to show that the T. brucei kinesin KLIF assembles MTs into parallel bundles, which could explain how it helps to complete cytokinesis by aligning MT plus ends to create a new cell posterior. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
