Lagos is basically drowning due its own little bit ambition and success , people won't agree that other states are basically at fault for not providing opportunities. With Lekki Ports and Dangote Petrochemicals, more problems outweighing the benefits .

Dear Yoruba's, don't let anyone guilt trip you about having ports and building more , their destinies and that of their state lies with them , Lagos isn't impeding anyone's progress , Lekki Port is done and dusted , Badagry next .

Lagos , closely followed recently by Kaduna are the only states in Nigeria with ambition , the third would have been Cross River but Liyel and Hippotastic Merispotic truncated it . The Lekki Port/Dangote Refinery came from hardwork , planning , investing in risks& opportunities

Everything Lagos has , the state worked for it , states that started out richer lacked the vision , foresight and leadership . Keep looking at Abuja thinking it will solve your problems , Abuja hasn't solved Abuja's problems .

Every state with a River Basin that isn't churning out agricultural produce by the truckload has failed , if anyone tells you otherwise , they lied .

I once said Ondo , Oyo , Osun , Ekiti and Ogun States should embark on regenerative agriculture and massive focus on Cocoa , Oil Palm , not one of them listened . We are complaining about FX rates when we've largely left money on the table because our Governors are lazy .

Lagos is overburdened because of its own ambitions , other states aren’t improving economically or attracting businesses or investments like Lagos . If Lagos builds 500,000 single and two bed units today , it will be gone before close of business today . Others should step up .

There is no guarantee that the person who did the initial investment would be in office when it begins to yield fruit . Oil 🌴 ~ 4 years 🥥 🌴~ 6 years 6months Cocoa ~ 5 years Cashew ~ 3 years 6months . Why waiting when you build a white elephant of a ecumenical center .

States that should be producing Palm Oil , Rubber , Cocoa by millions of tons per annum & be the examples of Marina waterfronts , but their governments are too far behind to think of 30 year plans , rather they build useless cargo airports and ecumenical centers . It’s inevitable

The Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria in Ibadan is spending N500,000,000 on streetlights, motorcycles and health centers whilst it has no regeneration plan for any Cocoa growing state .
