A wonderful morning for an Autumn play and fire in the woods

Our year 1 residential has started with a visit to The Deep. We are learning about frozen worlds as part of our topic

Year 1 having fun at The Deep and watching the orchestra practice before having tea! We also had an amazing time in Biology (thanks Cathy!!).

A lovely guitar solo and some bedtime stories from Bootham Boarders. Thank you so much for coming and making our Year 1’s smile and laugh

All the children slept really well! Breakfast time!

After breakfast year 1 went for a walk around the grounds.

Year one visited Will in Physics for some fun with electricity!

Reception sleepover tonight. We made pretend fires to put outside our tents. Then had a yummy tea.

We toasted marshmallows and had a night walk. #receptionsleepover

Everyone is in bed now. 😴 (well not quite asleep yet!)

After a really busy day, year 2 are settled down for a movie before bedtime.
