1/4 Let's start with The Auton Invasion. The TV version had terrified me as a six year-old, and for years I wouldn't go anywhere near John Colliers window in town!! This is a replacement, and not the one I bought. It's not a 1st edition, so I'm on the lookout for one!!

1/4 April 3 1975 - part the third!! The final book purchased that day is my favourite Target of them all - The Abominable Snowmen. I'll tell you how good it is, I don't want them to find the missing five episodes in case it spoils the book for me. It's just flippin' perfect!!

1/2 Before we move on with our story, here's some interesting notes about two of the covers featured in this trio from 3 April 1975. First of all, Auton Invasion. Artist Chris Achilleos had no idea what a Nestene looked like, but a copy of Prince Valiant saved the day.....
