Next up is Sonia Draga talking about the rights market in Poland. She tells the #FRM24 that the publishing industry there is very concentrated - the 300 biggest companies comprise 97% of the market in terms of turnover. Average print run for Czech titles is only 2k copies now.

To give us an overview of the Romanian market at today's #FRM24, we welcome Iulia-Cristiana Stan, Editorial Director at the prestigious Corint Publishing House. Annual turnover of Romanian publishers in 2023 was nearly 160m euros, 10.4% higher than 2022 but lower in profit.
