A3: A major ack of understanding of how the AI models themselves work and how they can be tuned to solve problems at the individual level. For the next year or two we will see low hanging fruit use cases being solved but the harder stuff will need experts and training. #eWEEKchat

A4: We have to put AI tools into the hands of every cyber employee and have them become familiar by using it in their day to day jobs. This must be supported top-down in organizations if they want to realize any near term value from it. #eWEEKchat

A6: Not as much as many think. There is a massive shortage of talent in the security space. Repetitive jobs will be consolidated and the industry will adapt to have more specialized jobs that deliver higher value. #eweekchat

A7: The biggest way is how more efficient hackers have become. Also, langauge and location is no longer a barrier for hackers. They now speak fluent Japanese, Spanish, or any other language perfectly and have much greater success doing phishing and social engineering #eWEEKchat
