I've heard wonderful reviews on using beef tallow on your skin. I attempted to render some myself but it smelled like beef 😳 Did more research and found a method to better clean the tallow. In the meantime, ordered this to see how tallow feels .

Proud of my older brother. He has ⬆️ his meat, ⬇️ his carbs, stated exercising 30 mins/day, got an icebath and a sauna. Has high BP so working towards improving his health and get off those meds.

After this weekend, I'll be an empty nester. I'll be able to have more control of my food choices since I'm won't be buying food for my grown children. Temptations will be gone! Planning on meat, eggs and a little cheese along with occasional fruit and veggies.
