Paddled 5.3 miles today. Two-foot blacktip sharks hunting out at Chicken Key. One three-foot nurse shark resting on the bottom on a patch of sand, gills opening and closing, breathing. That has to be a metaphor for something. #paddleboarding #PaddleSports #Mindfulness

Ethiopia dry process Guji Genet that I roasted this morning. Kept the roast light. While this is not a flavored coffee, it should taste like fruit, possibly blueberry. I'll know in the morning. #Coffee #CoffeeRoasting #CoffeeTime
