I’m just hearing about Dr. Jeff Iorg being nominated to lead the SBC Executive Committee. I have to confess that this is the first thing I’ve heard for a long time about the broader #SBC that gives me hope. I spent 9 years under his leadership at Gateway Seminary & he led with excellence!

I still believe in church planting. But I think church revitalizations are going to be incredibly important for this next generation.

If we want to feel deeply about God, we must learn to think deeply about God. The heart cannot love what the mind does not know.
