Agreed, if it goes to trial. That's the rub. 1st, Andrade has to choose to fight this, then he has to turn down any(likely lucrative) settlement offers. Is there a clause that a dispute has to go to arbitration? Then a judge would have to rule that clause isn't valid in this case
