Study acting & improv, then VoiceOver. Each genre of vo you are interested in, animation, commercials, promo, etc., require its own training, demo & marketing. I studied acting for 2 yrs, improv for 3, vo for 4. It was after all of this I was demo ready.

When you get a few years of acting and improv training under your belt. Right now all you need to be concerned about is becoming a great actor.

Depends on the producer. Sometimes they speed me, sometimes they don't. I prefer not to be sped. If you saw Looney Tunes Back in Action they sped me way too much. I think I sounded best in either Duck Dodgers or Looney Tunes Cartoons. youtu.be/abasifT5BaQ?si…

Your goal should be to be a great actor. And to excel at original characters. Here you will find every vo coach in the business. voiceoverresourceguide.com/la-training/ But you should start with acting class. You need to take some responsibility yourself. Google "top acting coaches."

Jess is right. He's saying the same thing I am, it's all about acting. You can have any goal you want. Goals take a lot of hard work. To achieve them takes excellence, sacrifice and investments. Stop asking questions and start studying acting....if this is what you want.

My advise is to stop seeking/thinking about work and study acting….like I’ve said before. Nothing immediate about learning acting technique. It takes as long as it takes. And a smart actor is always learning. Stop talking about it and just do it.

You get into a great acting class. No one can learn acting or any craft from social media posts. Google acting classes. Ask actors who they studied with. Many do zoom classes, but in person is always best.

Study acting. Study improv. Once those skills are honed study vo. Become a great actor. When ready have a great demo produced of original and relevant characters. Work is possible for anyone with talent. If you want to play with the big boys you’ll need to one day be union.

I heard dozens of Space Jam 2 rumors/versions, even while the first one was still in the theaters. I heard rumors about a hockey version, a baseball version, a Playboy version. A version with Ron Howard, Ben Stiller, etc. I never believed any of em until I got hired by one.
