How else do you expect 20+ teams sharing one weight room while also having to balance class schedules and practice/game schedules to operate? I don’t think the “data” matters much when you’re going up against logistics.

What an experience to pitch in the 2025 Colt World Series! Ended up going 2 1/3 innings with 1K and 2BB against a pretty good Palmview, Texas team. Also hit a personal record of 84 MPH while sitting 77-81 MPH

Pitchers, there’s a lot of information out there, but also a lot of bashing of coaches and philosophies on who’s “right” and “wrong.” My take… find a coach who you have a great relationship with and can trust and I can almost guarantee you’ll see growth.

A lot of pitchers think they need a complete mechanical overhaul after a single bad outing. In the vast majority of cases, it's nothing more than poor execution. Stay the course. Check out Paul Skenes' mechanics in his worst outing vs. his best. Basically identical. ⬇️
