Mull 7s Touring Squad Great to see a big touring squad, mixing youth and 'experience', heading to the world's most sociable sevens this weekend on Mull. Let's hope it's third time lucky for the boys after a couple of runners up results in their last two appearances on the island

This year's 7s season comes to a close with a quality squad heading down to the Greenyards on Saturday for the Melrose Sevens. The boys take on Monaco Impis in the first round at 12:30, so head down the A7 or catch the games on screen and cheer the lads on! #monthemuir

U18 MELROSE 7s We are really excited to be part of the Melrose U18 7s this weekend. Playing a minimum of 7 games over 2 days. We have got a very strong squad who have trained really well for several weeks, including 5 boys who have represented Muir's Senior 7s at Selkirk.
