Just back from a fantastic week exploring sites in the Faiyum with an Ancient World Tours group. Getting around involves quite a bit of driving in the desert - requiring 4x4s provided by old friends of AWT’s, Pan Arab Tours - with all the fun and stunning landscapes that involves….
