To avoid disappointment, take people exactly as they are, instead of idealizing about who you wish they would be.

Love bombing energy scares the fuck out of me now. I used to fall for it before when I was insecure and weak for attention but now as a secure individual with things to do and a life to live, I just can’t take it seriously.
