Just a few thoughts 3 weeks into life down under as a medic. Already feel more valued than I ever did as a trainee in the NHS. 1. Free hot lunch daily 2. Free meal when covering OOH 3. Locker access from day 1 4. Free parking 5. Coffee mug provided NHS England do better
